Content and Training Trainer – Bogotá

An important company in the retail and technology sector is looking for a Content and Training Trainer to strengthen its training team in Bogotá.

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and organized person with skills to develop educational and audiovisual content, who has the ability to analyze information and convert it into learning materials.

Requisitos

• Technologist or professional in administrative areas, marketing, communication, design, education, psychology, advertising, or related careers.
• Experience in training, coaching, content creation, development of educational material, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Google Suite.
• English minimum B1.
• Ability to analyze data and information and generate conclusions.
• Skills to develop presentations, pieces, and training materials.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organization.

Funciones principales

• Analyze information and data related to training and coaching processes.
• Design and develop educational and training materials.
• Create and edit audiovisual material for different training processes.
• Prepare presentations, formats, guides, and educational tools.
• Propose new methodologies and resources to strengthen learning processes.
• Suggest and develop work plans according to the needs of the area.
• Perform monitoring and analysis of the information generated in the training processes.
• Support the continuous update and improvement of training content.
