Commercial Support and Pricing - Freight Forwarder (Night Shift)

Job Objective:

Provide support to the commercial team during the night shift through the preparation of international quotations, coordination with overseas agents, and monitoring of operations, ensuring service continuity and timely attention to our clients.

Main Functions:

• Follow up on shipments in transit (maritime, air, and land) during the night shift.
• Attend to inquiries and requirements from clients, agents, and providers outside of regular hours.
• Prepare import and export quotations, validating costs and margins.
• Monitor departures, arrivals, rollovers, cut off, and possible incidents, coordinating with agents.
• Verify basic documentation (BL, AWB, bookings, instructions) and alert of inconsistencies.
• Prepare night reports and communicate timely to the daytime team.
• Escalate critical cases in a timely manner.
• Comply with internal policies and approval processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarder, cargo agency, or logistics operator.
• * Profiles with experience in Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, or related areas in the logistics industry will be accepted.
• * Preferably, previous experience in the night shift.
• * Intermediate English at minimum (oral and written).
• * Intermediate/advanced Excel.
• * Availability to work from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 p. m. to 2:00 a. m.
• * Availability to work holidays when the operation requires it.
