PLANNING SPECIALIST

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience of no less than 04 years performing similar roles.
  • Management of Planning indicators.
  • Advanced level Excel.
  • Power BI management - user level.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Diploma or Specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable).

Functions:

  • Lead planning meetings (S&OP) focused mainly on identifying new needs that arise in procurement.
  • Manage and ensure the correct execution of the S&OP process, actively participating in its implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, evaluate, and schedule the procurement strategy to maintain an inventory that guarantees demand fulfillment.
  • Generate and control demand, procurement, and inventory planning.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for working capital optimization, coordinating the execution of opportunities with interested areas.
  • Ensure the availability of forecastable products, minimizing stockouts through adequate demand and procurement planning.
  • Monitor key indicators such as forecast accuracy, service level, turnover, and inventory days, proposing corrective actions.
  • Drive improvements in planning and procurement processes through the use of analytical and technological tools.
  • Optimize the use of planning and procurement tools with the aim of improving operational processes.
  • Identify gaps in planning and operational constraints, proposing scenarios and alternatives to mitigate impacts on the business.
