Project Estimator

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Budgeting: Creating detailed project budgets and managing project costs to stay within budget.
• Material Take-offs: Analyzing design plans and specifications to determine material requirements and quantities.
• Quote Generation: Preparing detailed quotes for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or Construction related
• 5 Years Experience in Project
• Able to operate AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding in construction drawing principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
