Senior HSE Engineer

We are looking for a Senior HSE to join our HSE team and support the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental standards across our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Conduct regular HSE inspections and identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.

Conduct and follow up on Risk Assessments, JSA, LOTO, and other HSE activities.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and perform root cause analysis.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.

Prepare HSE reports, inspection findings, incident reports, and KPI/trend reports.

Conduct safety observations, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness activities.

Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.

Monitor contractor HSE compliance and ensure proper safety induction.

Support emergency response activities and conduct emergency drills.

Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Support environmental activities including waste management and environmental compliance.

Coordinate and provide technical guidance to HSE Technicians.

Identify recurring HSE issues and recommend improvement actions to the HSE Section Head.

Support HSE campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the safety culture.

Qualification & Education: Education: Bachelor of Engineering\ Science.

Previous working experience in manufacturing industry.

3-5 years of experience.

Courses: NEBOSH, OSHA, Risk Assessment, Lifting & Rigging, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Firefighting advanced

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application.
