About the job

Multi M Group is a growing group that includes three distinctive brands: MOHM Furniture, Aurea Furniture, and Metal X.

As the group enters a transformative stage in its business journey, we are strengthening how quality is controlled, measured, and improved across our manufacturing operations to support the next phase of growth. We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead this from the inside out.

This is not a traditional inspection role.

It is a strategic operational position with significant expectations and direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing efficiency across the group.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a quality culture and control system, backed by clear standards, reliable data, and disciplined corrective action, that scales with the group's growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee QC activities across incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Establish and implement quality control standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
  • Ensure product compliance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Identify quality defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor quality performance indicators, including defect rates, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with Production, Technical Office, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate the QC team to ensure effective performance and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, minimize waste, and enhance product quality.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Quality Control, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, inspection techniques, and quality improvement tools.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage quality performance and drive corrective actions across manufacturing operations.
