SMT Process Engineer(English speaking)

1. Lead the cause analysis and improvement of abnormal yield/efficiency of this station to achieve KPI target;

主导本工位的良率/效率异常的原因分析和改善，达到KPI目标;

1. Lead the handling of production line exceptions. If it cannot be handled, highlihgt it to the manager and team for negotiation and settlement in time.

主导对产线异常处理，处理不了及时highlihgt给经理和team协商解决;

1. Leading station parameter setting/programming tool optimization/process selection/production line sample board/capacity optimization/production line yield improvement/process and equipment research, the DOE test is followed up with the collection of data for analysis and feedback;

主导工位参数设定/程序编写工具优化/工艺选择/产线样品板/产能优化/产线良率改善/制程及设备研究,DOE测试进行跟踪与收集数据分析和反馈。

1. Write and update work instructions (including maintenance), etc;

撰写和更新工位作业指导书（含保养）等;

1. Equipment incoming inspection, installation and calibration of measuring equipment CPK & GRG, fault maintenance support and maintenance;

设备进货检验、安装校准测量设备CPK&GRG、故障维修支持、维护;

1. Assist in the evaluation of new process and new equipment in the station;

协助新制程及工位新设备的评估;

1. Assist PDE to identify and solve the design/material/process risks of new products in NPI stage;

协助PDE在NPI阶段对新产品的设计/材料/工艺等风险识别并解决； 8.Spare parts control and management to ensure equipment safety inventory and cost reduction; 备件控制及管理去确保设备安全库存和成本降低; 9.Product failure analysis, analysis of quality problems at various stages (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and give analysis solutions; 产品失效分析，对各个阶段（试产,量产,市场反馈）的质量问题进行分析，给出分析方案;

1. Participate in the unity and cooperation of trans-department project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency;

参与跨部门项目部门团结合作，确保产品质量，提高效率; 11.Review and submit relevant materials of LQ to Team to ensure that the station smoothly meets the requirements of LQ; LQ相关资料审核并提交给Team及确保工位顺畅满足LQ的需求； 12.Report to the engineering manager and complete the tasks assigned by the manager. 汇报给工程经理并完成经理分配的任务.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above;本科及以上学历; Fluent in English；英语流利； Master SMT assembly process and understand FPC process specification;掌握SMT组装工艺，了解FPC工艺规范; Master FPCA process design specifications, and be able to independently propose DFM for customer design;掌握FPCA工艺设计规范，能独立针对客户的设计提出DFM; Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis;工艺材料及可靠性失效分析相关知识; Equipment maintenance and programming ability, including printing machine (DEK,MPM)/placement machine (YAMAHA series, Panasonic series)/reflow machine (BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/automatic dispensing machine;设备维护和编程能力,包含印刷机(DEK,MPM)/贴片机(YAMAHA系列,松下系列)/回流机(BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/自动点胶机; Have experience in equipment management and lead the team to improve SMT equipment or process success stories;有设备管理经验及领导团队改善SMT设备或工艺的成功案例； Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as QC seven methods, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.);质量改善流程与数据分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等); Master and use DOE;掌握并使用DOE; Understand the R & D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import related processes and input and output components;了解研发项目管理含 EI/ESI、NPI/TPI、及产品导入相关流程和输入输出件; Master FMEA, Control Plan, familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical Control methods, understand 6 Sigma, lean production;掌握 FMEA, Control Plan，熟悉SPC,MSA等统计控制方法,了解6西格玛，精益生产; More than 3 years SMT related working experience, more than 2 years SMT equipment experience;SMT相关工作经验3年以上，2年以上SMT设备经验； Understand ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;了解ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;
