SMT PE Technician

1. SMT production line changeover, self-inspection, program calling, and machine adjustment within authorized scope.
2. Manage production line abnormalities, control material loss and downtime, segregate abnormal products according to OCAP, and report to supervisors.
3. Assist maintenance engineers, prepare and implement monthly/yearly maintenance plans, and report spare parts status in a timely manner.
4. Adjust machine layouts and assist engineers in performing machine calibration.
5. Assist engineers in collecting data and performing basic analysis for process research, and report work progress.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. More than 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and skills in using DEK/MPM printers, Yamaha/Panasonic chip mounters, and BTU/Soltec/Ersa Reflow machines. Understanding of machine control principles (software and hardware). More than 2 years of experience in SMT machine maintenance, jig/fixture, or automation control systems. Enthusiastic about learning about machinery. Able to read basic English manuals. Serious attitude, self-disciplined, and follows work instructions.
