SMT PDE Technician

1.提高产品良率，降低报废率，达到KPI目标;

1. Improve product yield, reduce scrap rate, and achieve KPI target;

2.参与产品失效分析，根据工程师安排，Follow up制程条件;

1. Participate in product failure analysis and Follow up process conditions according to engineer's arrangement;

3.对制程条件进行确认，并提出初步分析结果;

1. Confirm the process conditions and present preliminary analysis results;

4.参与跨部门协调，与生产，品质，测试，项目部门团结合作，确保产品质量，提高效率;

1. Participate in trans-department coordination, unite and cooperate with production, quality, testing, and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency;

5.汇报给工程师，并完成工程师分配的任务.

1. Report to the Engineer and complete the tasks assigned by the Engineer.

Qualifications: 中专及以上学历; Technical secondary school or above; 有简单英文读写能力; Have simple English reading and writing ability; 掌握工艺流程; Master the technological process; 了解FPC工艺规范; Understand FPC process specifications; 工艺材料及可靠性失效分析相关知识; Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis; 质量改善流程与数据分析方法（如QC七大手法，DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等); Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as QC seven methods, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.); 相关工作经验2年以上. At least 2 years relevant working experience.
