SMT AVI Technician

1、Assist engineers in improving equipment stability and maintenance achievement rate; 2、Assist engineers in troubleshooting equipment failures; 3、Implement and complete relevant maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan; 4、Perform emergency repairs for sudden abnormalities in production equipment; ensure rapid delivery to the production unit under the premise of ensuring quality, reducing production output loss and variation; 5、Timely understand and master the relevant technologies of new equipment; 6、Execute an effective inspection system, performing equipment inspections according to the established maintenance frequency and cycles; 7、Possess a certain level of safety awareness.

Qualifications: Junior college degree or above; Proficiency in English reading and writing; Mastery of automated production equipment repair and maintenance; Understanding of SMT production processes; 3+ years of relevant experience with SMT equipment.
