MI Engineer

1.Verify the completeness and accuracy of customer design data and documentation. 2.Review customer requirements to ensure they are aligned with the company's technical and manufacturing capabilities, and prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports. 3.Modify customer design data based on internal manufacturing process capabilities and prepare related tooling documentation and technical data. 4.Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution. 5.Provide technical support during project development and manufacturing preparation stages. 6.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize product manufacturability and process efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the MI (Manufacturing Engineering) function within the PCB/FPCB industry. Good understanding of PCB/FPCB manufacturing processes, workflows, and quality standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, Genesis/Gen Flex, and CAM software applications. Familiar with quality management tools, including APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, and MSA. Knowledge of RoHS requirements and compliance standards. Fluent in English reading and writing skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
