CAM Engineer

• Perform 1-Up editing, CAM operations, and tooling data release according to production requirements.
• Modify customer design data based on internal manufacturing process capabilities and prepare related tooling documentation and technical data.
• Review and optimize customer design files to ensure manufacturability and compliance with production standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional departments to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support for engineering changes, tooling preparation, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the MI (Manufacturing Engineering) function within the PCB/FPCB industry. Good understanding of PCB/FPCB manufacturing processes, workflows, and quality standards. Proficient in Genesis/GenFlex CAM software and AutoCAD. Familiar with PCB/FPCB data processing, panelization (1-Up/Panel Design), and CAM operations. Knowledge of RoHS requirements and compliance standards. Fluent in English reading and writing skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Knowledge of quality management tools, including APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, and MSA.
