Asst. Process Engineer（Flex）

SMT 1.Improve product yield, reduce scrap rate, and achieve KPI target; 2.Optimize the assembly process and write work instructions; 3.Participate in product failure analysis and Follow up process conditions according to engineer's arrangement; 4.Confirm the process conditions and present preliminary analysis results; 5.Participate in trans-department coordination, work with production, quality, testing, and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency; 6.Report to the engineer and complete the tasks assigned by the engineer.

Flex 1.According to each process station (plating, photo, DES, SM) process requirements and equipment performance, establish a reasonable process operation solution, maintain and continuously improve it with effective process control; 2.Support process engineer to establish the process operation standard and work instructions 3.Responsible for technician training, and according to the arrangement from production department to train supervers, line leader, even operators. Also need to follow the effectiveness of training 4.Support engineer to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement,support engineer to improve the yield improve 5.Lead technicians in the production floor of continuous checking and supervising the flex production operatorss according to the WI of operation, correct the wrong operation anywhere/anytime, Prevent any process problems to impact the production shipment or schedule 6.Support engineer for new equipment trial run and make final acceptance

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above English reading and writing ability Understand the FPC process specification Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as QC seven methods, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.) Understand FMEA, Control Plan Understand SPC,MSA and other statistical control methods Excellent teamwork spirit Proficient in using computers College education (chemical, mechanical or relevant major) Better with 1 year or 2 years experience in PCB technical experience Familiar with computer operation Team spirit Well understanding with HSM Good English skill, can read English materials
