Your tasks
We're recruiting for a Technical Coordinator at our Skelmersdale Dairy. This role will support the governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure the delivery of high-quality products whilst driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site.
- Supporting and improving the site's Quality Management System.
- Leading internal and external audit activities.
- Monitoring quality performance and managing key reports.
- Supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with operational teams, customers and suppliers.
- Driving compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Are you passionate about quality, compliance and continuous improvement?
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with BRC audits and retailer standards.
- HACCP Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred).
- Advanced Food Hygiene qualification.
- Knowledge of microbiology and food manufacturing.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Dairy industry experience is highly desirable.
