Infant Educarer
Job Summary
Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of children’s development and progress while ensuring their safety through close supervision in all school areas. Conduct childcare routines promptly and hygienically, aligned with early childhood development practices.
Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate each child’s development and progress regularly to support their growth
- Ensure the safety of children by supervising them closely in classrooms, play areas, and other school compound locations
- Perform childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, bathing, hand washing, napping, and activity transitions promptly and hygienically, following early childhood development standards
- Record daily logs of milk feeds, solid feeds, diaper changes, and other relevant care activities according to each child’s age group
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Have at least one year of experience working in the preschool industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to caring for infants and toddlers
The position will be based at our Bukit Batok branch, located at Tee Building.
