■ Job Overview As a core business company of the Mujin Group, we operate a wide range of businesses including robotics, system integration, construction, maintenance, consulting, and SaaS. As an FP&A Specialist, you will promote the advancement of management control and provide support for financial strategy and business promotion. Beyond merely supporting the decision-making of executives and business/function heads through business planning, budget vs. actual management, and KPI management, you will play a central role in constructing the "management control foundation." This includes developing data infrastructure and dashboards, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the execution of corporate development and strategic investments.
■ Department Role You will be assigned to the Administration Division and will lead Mujin's FP&A in close partnership with the Head of Administration. FP&A is a core function that drives business growth and strengthens the management foundation in the Japan region from a financial perspective. Through the formulation of annual budgets and medium-term business plans, variance analysis, and financial improvement recommendations, you will provide numerical backing for management decisions and guide the company in the right direction. You will serve as the "control tower" overseeing the financial strategies that support management decisions and their execution.

Requirements Must-have requirements ・5+ years of FP&A practical experience in an operating company (including experience in hands-on support for business and function heads, beyond just planning and variance analysis) ・English proficiency: (目安) TOEIC 700 or higher
