Sales Assistant Internal Sales (f,m,d)

Your tasks at MÜHLHÄUSER:

• Structuring and controlling sales tasks as well as various customer projects in internal and external relationships
• Controlling, monitoring, and reporting of all customer-relevant topics such as sales development, assortment listings, prices / conditions, margin, contract work, and open items / receivables including dunning processes
• Support of our customers in close cooperation with Key Account Management Retail, Food-Service, and Industry, including the preparation of customer and annual meetings as well as planning and implementation of assortment adjustments, calculations of transfer prices, and tenders
• Master data management, creation of offers, and clarification of customer complaints

Your requirements:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of qualified professional experience in internal sales, ideally from the food sector
• Very good MS-Office application skills with a deep focus on Excel
• Very good SAP knowledge
• High customer and service orientation as well as communicative skills
• Organizational skills, reliability, and independent working style
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
