To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

IT Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks at MÜHLHÄUSER:

• Management, control, and realization of projects in the SAP environment. From requirements analysis, conception, implementation, and testing to training and go-live
• Planning and execution of tasks within the framework of the S/4HANA migration
• Analysis and optimization of business processes
• Development of solutions for implementing digitalization with a focus on, among others, the areas of sales, logistics, production, and finance
• Organization and control of external service providers
• Active further development of digitalization processes
• Execution of requests for proposals and tenders in the IT environment

Your requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in process and project management
• Very good knowledge of the SAP components production, logistics, quality management, and finance, including the associated interfaces
• Strong analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good communication and moderation skills as well as team orientation
• Good written and spoken English skills
