Legal Counsel (m/f/d) (Jurist/in)

Your tasks:

• Advising the administrative and operational business units as well as management in all legal matters, particularly in general civil law, contract law, data protection law, corporate law, and labor law
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating both national and international contracts
• Managing court proceedings and attending court dates
• Identification, analysis, and assessment of legal risks in a national and international context
• Intensive cooperation with advisory law firms domestically and abroad

Your profile:

• Completed studies to become a Volljurist (m/f/d) or Wirtschaftsjurist (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience (e.g., in the legal department of an internationally oriented company or a business advisory law firm)
• Resilience, commitment, as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident and self-assured appearance
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues in a manner appropriate to the target group
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Negotiation skills, decisiveness, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with difficult subject matter
