JUNIOR IT CUTOVER ENGINEER

Your tasks
- Perform routine pre-cutoverand post-cutover checks, connectivity tests, and basic health checks.
- Follow detailed MOPs and migration checklists under supervision.
- Document cutover progress, and escalate technical issues promptly to senior engineers. Record timing metrics, document execution steps, update inventory lists, and help archive post-cutover reports.
- Coordinate with on-site field technicians, client representatives, and remote operations centers.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IMS architecture, SIP signaling and protocols.
- Good willingness to work flexible hours/shifts for night-time cutovers.
- Strong communication skills in English, ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
