Technology Partner & Office Operations Executive
Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S$4,500–S$5,500 per month Function: Partner Operations / Office Operations About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Partner & Office Operations Executive to support our growing business in Singapore. This is a hybrid role combining technology partner operations and general office administration . You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Finance, Operations, management, and our technology vendor partners to ensure partner portals, registrations, certifications, and related administrative activities are managed accurately and efficiently. The role is approximately 60–70% Technology Partner Operations and 20–30% Office Administration , with the remaining time supporting ad-hoc operational requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Technology Partner & Portal Operations – 60–70%
Manage day-to-day activities across technology partner/vendor portals.
Maintain partner accounts, user access, company profiles, and portal information.
Manage deal registrations, opportunity registrations, quotations and partner requests .
Track registration status, approvals, expiry dates, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with Sales and Presales teams to ensure vendor submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor vendor certification, accreditation, training and competency requirements.
Maintain records of partner certifications and coordinate renewal activities.
Support vendor rebate, incentive, MDF and other partner programme submissions where applicable.
Maintain supporting documentation and track claims through to completion.
Monitor vendor programme requirements and assist with partner compliance.
Prepare regular reports and trackers covering partner registrations, certifications, incentives and outstanding actions.
Liaise with vendor/channel teams to resolve portal access and administrative issues.
Maintain an up-to-date database of vendor contacts, programmes, requirements and key deadlines.
Support other technology partners as required, including Cisco, Fortinet, H3C, F5, Nutanix, Huawei Enterprise and other strategic vendors.
- Office Administration – 20–30%
Manage general day-to-day office administration and operational matters.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items and basic office equipment.
Coordinate with building management, landlords, contractors and service providers.
Arrange office maintenance, repairs and servicing when required.
Manage courier, postage and document dispatch arrangements.
Maintain office records, contracts, licences and administrative documentation.
Assist with visitor arrangements, meeting room bookings and office events.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an administrative perspective.
Process routine administrative invoices and submit them for approval.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Handle other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Sales Operations or a related discipline.
