Graduate Project Engineer
About the company
Our client is a market leading engineering company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Project Engineer.
Your tasks
- The Graduate Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects while bridging technical design with project management.
- Assist project planning with project scope, scheduling, programming, cost tracking and risk management.
- Will help in technical support and design by interpreting client requirements, reviewing engineering drawings, writing technical specifications and support system configuration.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, design engineers, suppliers and clients to keep projects on track.
- Some site work may be involved.
- You will ensure all work adheres to health, safety, environmental and industry regulations.
Requirements
The Person
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience in a similar role and or placement would be beneficial.
- Computer literate including Microsoft office.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands on approach and results orientated.
- Good interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
