Responsibilities and assignments We are looking for a Mid-level Adobe Marketo Engage Developer to join a global technology team, working on the implementation and evolution of marketing automation solutions. The professional will be responsible for building campaigns, nurture journeys, automations, and integrations using Adobe Marketo Engage, working together with Marketing, Product, Architecture, and Development.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions in Adobe Marketo Engage, including programs, Smart Campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, emails, templates, and segmentations.
- Implement lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and nurture processes, as well as consent and preference rules.
- Develop and support integrations between Marketo, CRM, websites, APIs, and data platforms.
- Configure reusable structures and templates for campaigns and automations.
- Execute unit, integrated, and regression tests.
- Perform troubleshooting of campaigns, synchronizations, integrations, data quality, and deliverability.
- Prepare technical documentation, field mappings, and test evidence.
- Work together with Marketing, Product, Architecture, and Development teams.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or related areas.
- Practical experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, including:
* Programs and Smart Campaigns; * Workflows; * Forms and Landing Pages; * Emails and Templates; * Tokens and Segmentation.
- Experience with lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and nurture programs.
- Knowledge of Marketo integrations, REST APIs, Webhooks, and CRM synchronization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applied to emails and landing pages.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and campaign quality.
- Advanced/fluent English.
- Degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related areas.
Desirable
- Integration experience between Marketo and Salesforce or other corporate CRMs.
- Knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem:
* Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); * Real-Time CDP; * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO); * Customer Journey Analytics; * Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with deliverability, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Development of reusable templates.
- Adobe Marketo Engage Certification.
