Responsibilities and assignments We are looking for a Mid-level Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join a global technology team, working on the configuration, development, integration, and evolution of solutions within the Adobe ecosystem. The professional will work mainly with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), executing technical demands with autonomy and following the architecture guidelines and standards established by the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop Adobe Experience Platform components, including schemas, datasets, dataflows, identities, profiles, audiences, and destinations.
  • Develop and support integrations using Adobe connectors, APIs, and batch and streaming ingestion standards.
  • Create and maintain audiences, segmentation rules, and activation flows in Real-Time CDP.
  • Configure and test journeys, events, audiences, and actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Execute unit, integrated, and regression tests.
  • Investigate integration failures, dataflows, data quality, and journey execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, data mappings, test evidence, and deploy documentation.
  • Work together with developers, architects, Product, and global teams.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in MarTech, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, Integrations, Software Development, or related areas.
  • Practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including:

* XDM Schemas and Datasets; * Data Ingestion; * Identities and Profiles; * Audiences.

  • Experience with at least one of the following solutions:

* Adobe Real-Time CDP; or * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

  • Knowledge of segmentation, audience activation, consent, and data quality.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in at least one implementation or evolution involving AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, or a similar Customer Data platform.
  • Degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related areas.
  • Advanced/fluent English.

Desirable

  • Experience with:

* Customer Journey Analytics; * Adobe Analytics; * Marketo Engage; * Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Knowledge of streaming and batch processing.
  • Experience with Cloud and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and CI/CD.
  • Experience with audience activation and omnichannel journeys.
  • Adobe certification related to AEP, Real-Time CDP, or AJO.
