Responsibilities and assignments We are looking for a Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to work on the implementation and evolution of data solutions and integrations within the Adobe ecosystem. The professional will be the main technical reference for AEP in the team, acting hands-on in the development of solutions, supporting technical design decisions, and ensuring the quality of deliveries together with Architecture, Development, Product, and other Adobe specialists. The position is technical in nature and will not have primary responsibility for project management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Develop components related to data ingestion and modeling, identity, Customer Profile, audiences, and activation.
• Build integrations between AEP and corporate platforms using APIs, connectors, and batch and streaming patterns.
• Define and implement schemas, datasets, namespaces, identity resolution, data quality, and data governance.
• Translate business, data, security, and privacy requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Act in the analysis and resolution of complex technical problems.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical support to AEP, Real-Time CDP, and AJO developers.
• Support testing, documentation, deploys, and controlled promotion between environments.
• Work together with global teams and international stakeholders.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Data, MarTech, Integrations, or Customer Experience platforms, with relevant experience in AEP implementations.
• Solid and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including:

* Experience Data Model (XDM); * Schemas and Datasets; * Data Ingestion; * Identity and Identity Resolution; * Real-Time Customer Profile; * Audiences and Destinations; * Data Governance.

• Experience in developing AEP integrations using:

* APIs and SDKs; * Connectors; * Batch Ingestion; * Streaming Ingestion.

• Knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and at least one complementary solution, preferably:

* Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO); or * Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Knowledge of customer data architecture, consent and privacy, data quality, and secure integrations.
• Experience with Git, testing, and release/deploy processes.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related areas.

Desirable

• Experience with other Adobe solutions:

* Adobe Journey Optimizer; * Customer Journey Analytics; * Adobe Analytics; * Adobe Experience Manager; * Marketo Engage.

• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and Cloud/Data platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and CI/CD.
• Experience in global, regulated, or large-scale environments.
• Adobe certification related to AEP, Real-Time CDP, or AJO.
