We are looking for you at the earliest possible date in Grimma as

Assistant/Clerk (m/f/d)

What your tasks consist of:

· general back office tasks, e.g., handling correspondence, appointment coordination, master data maintenance, etc.

· order processing and handling in the ERP system

· telephone switchboard and forwarding calls to the responsible employees

· processing of incoming and outgoing mail

· reception and catering of visitors

· independent management of our B2B shop (www.mtl-privatelabel.de)

· process documentation

What you should bring to the role:

· completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility

· good IT skills (MS Office) and knowledge in handling internet applications

· good English skills in spoken and written form

· confident appearance and good manners

· customer and service orientation

· The necessary soft skills for this position are required.
