Job Description:
- Electrical commissioning of our milling machines at customers in Germany as well as in neighboring foreign countries
- Commissioning of NC rotary tables, pallet changer systems, tool changer systems, and adapter angle heads
- Integration of magnetic or hydraulic clamping devices to our machines
- Retrofitting of NC rotary tables to existing machines
- Connection of customer-side tool management systems to our machines
- Documentation of changes and adjustments to projects as well as feedback to the manufacturing plant in Itziar (Spain)
- Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions as well as carrying out repairs directly on-site
- Instruction and training of customers in handling our machines
Applicant Profile:
- Completed training as an electrician or electronics technician
- Knowledge in PLC programming, especially Heidenhain (mandatory); Siemens controls desirable
- Knowledge of the programming language Python
- English language skills (spoken)
- Confident handling of the MS-Office package
- Experience in the service sector is an advantage
- High willingness to travel (Monday to Friday, year-round field service)
