Leasing Source, evaluate and secure new tenants for the Company’s property portfolio.

Support lease negotiations, tenancy management and documentation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and building requirements.

Coordinate with Finance on rental arrears and conduct regular property inspections.

Facilities & Property Management Support the Manager in managing Office, Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties .

Coordinate with managing agents, contractors and service providers on property matters.

Oversee building maintenance, M&E works, repairs and replacements.

Review contractors’ quotations and monitor service performance against contracts.

Ensure facilities equipment inspections and certifications are up to date and compliant with regulations.

Manage and regularly review maintenance/service contracts.
