Customer Service Officer (Ocean Import/ 5 days)

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + $30 Phone allowance Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm Location: Changi North (Company Transport provided at Tampines MRT) Job Responsibilities Handle ocean import shipments, customer enquiries, and bookings. Coordinate with carriers, agents, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare shipping documents, customs permits, invoices, and pre-alerts. Monitor shipment status and update records in CargoWise. Resolve shipment issues and maintain good customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company procedures and support daily operations. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or ocean import operations.
