We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the aerospace and technology group OHB. Under our roof, the departments of HR, Finance, Controlling, and IT are centrally integrated. With around 80 employees, we create more transparency, ensure optimal coordination, and make significant contributions to process optimization in the companies we support, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your tasks

Space. Far away for most – soon very close to you. Become part of an industry of visionaries and pioneers and, as an Insurance Clerk (m/f/d), make a valuable contribution to helping the European launch vehicle Ariane and other international launchers take off.

• Insurance support for MT Aerospace AG, its affiliated companies, and foreign subsidiaries
• Continuous exchange and coordination with our insurance brokers
• Coordination of contract renewals as well as examination and initiation of new contracts
• Ongoing examination for new acquisitions and projects to ensure optimal insurance coverage (inclusions, exclusions)
• Querying, processing, and timely forwarding of all operational key figures to the insurers
• Complete recording, processing, and formal reporting of claims until the full settlement of the claim
• Technical and mathematical examination of all incoming insurance premiums
• Planning of insurance costs for all companies to be supported
• Support for the department in the areas of export control and contract management

Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of insurance law and claims management
• Understanding of business contexts and cost planning
• Professional experience in an international company or with an insurer or insurance broker is desirable
• Experience in using SAP is desirable
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• High sense of responsibility and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
