Vehicle or Commodity Coordinator - Automotive
MSX International supports leading automotive brands worldwide, helping to improve repair performance, customer satisfaction, and after-sales operations in over 80 countries. 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your missions: Dissemination and management of technical information Create, validate, and publish Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) as soon as a solution is confirmed. Collect, analyze, and exploit Country Incident Reports (CIR) to identify trends and report systemic issues. Update and maintain the technical case database to ensure traceability and the reuse of solutions. Coordination with logistics and parts Collaborate with parts/logistics teams to ensure the availability of the latest validated references in warehouses. Ensure consistency between published technical solutions and the parts actually available in the field. Support for networks and internal teams Provide regular technical feedback to the relevant teams (engineering, quality, field). Work with diagnostic/tooling teams to ensure the correct use of tools and procedures in the workshop. Prepare and lead training and communications for dealers and technicians. Performance management Monitor key KPIs (case closure time, TSB adoption, parts availability) and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with technical documentation standards and version management. Participate in cross-functional reviews with Engineering, After-sales, and Customer Care to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
Bachelor's to Master's degree in automotive engineering, mechanics, electrotechnics, or equivalent. 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support, after-sales engineering, diagnostics, or network assistance. Good understanding of automotive technologies: powertrain, electrical/electronic systems, diagnostics, vehicle architecture. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents. Knowledge of parts management processes. Professional English required Ability to write, structure, and update technical bulletins and service documents. Very good proficiency in MS Office / 365 for reporting and creating training materials.
