Level 2 Automotive Helpdesk Technician

🔧 Are you the technician others turn to when no one else can solve the problem? We are looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician for an automotive project in Torino: you will be the technical point of reference for an entire dealership network regarding complex diagnostics and repairs. What you will do Diagnosis of complex faults using OEM diagnostic tools (Diagbox, wiTECH) Advanced technical support to workshops when level one is not enough Reading electrical diagrams and guiding correct repairs Analysis of recurring cases to prevent future faults and reduce repeat repairs Technical training for dealerships, both in-person and remotely Accurate documentation of diagnostics, tests, and interventions

What we are looking for Hands-on experience in a workshop or automotive assistance Confidence with electrical diagnostics, electrical diagrams, and OEM tools English level B1 A desire to solve problems, not just analyze them Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting

A plus if you know Hybrid/electric systems (LEV/PHEV) Telematics and OTA updates Petrol/diesel engines and transmissions
