This position is responsible for conducting service operations in a satisfactory manner towards retailers. The position also involves responsibility for supporting retailers in a satisfactory manner regarding decisions and actions in technical issues. Tasks Handle technical cases via the case management system. Handle technical cases in the case system towards retailers and the manufacturer's regional office. Handle technical reports for retailers and field technical reports (FTR) for the manufacturer's regional office. Participate in the technical department's regular team meetings. Communicate technical information on the intranet. Regularly check the latest technical information. Delegate technical issues/problems to second-line specialists in the team, or delegate the support function to a colleague. Support other specialists in the team during actions at retailers. Business owner for the retailers' FTR system. Register and report field technical reports (FTR) to the manufacturer's regional office. Responsible for SST. Backup for other functions in the technical team (as relevant and in line with competencies).

High school education B-driver's license is a requirement At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive industry Fluent Danish (spoken and written) as well as good knowledge of English (spoken and written) Good computer proficiency with common applications (Excel, internet, social media etc.) Structured way of working Socially competent

Workplace and scope: The position is located in pleasant premises in Göteborg. These are full-time positions and commencement is by agreement. We offer a monthly salary in the range of 40,000-45,000 SEK for this position. Salary setting is carried out in accordance with our salary policy and is based on, among other things, education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
