Senior Technical Trainer

Job Objective
The main objective of the Trainer will be to ensure that our client's technical staff has the necessary knowledge and skills to professionally perform vehicle diagnosis and repair. (On-site position).
Responsibilities Design and deliver technical training for the workshop network in face-to-face, online, and streaming modalities. Create teaching materials such as manuals, guides, presentations, and practical exercises. Update and adapt training content according to industry news and the client's technical information. Participate in national and international training to ensure continuous knowledge updating. Coordinate the planning and logistics of training actions. Design evaluations to measure learning and the evolution of participants. Analyze results and satisfaction levels, preparing reports and identifying improvement opportunities.
What are we looking for in you? Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Higher Vocational Training in Automotive, Engineering, or related degrees. From 3 years of experience in training, ideally in the technical field. Previous experience as a mechanic, diagnosis technician, technical trainer, or technical assistance delegate, with extensive mastery of automotive electricity, mechanics, vehicle management, and infotainment or other advanced systems. A vocation for teaching and a passion for sharing knowledge. Desirable experience with tools for training development and management: Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Package, LMS, mobile engagement applications, digital whiteboards.
Languages Medium/high level of English.
Soft Skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts. Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and organization. Innovative approach and valuing autonomy at work. Ability to work collaboratively and feel comfortable in a team.
