Technical Trainer

The main objective of our future Trainer is to ensure that our client's technical staff has all the information, skills, and knowledge necessary to professionally perform their duties in vehicle diagnosis and repair. (Due to the nature of the position, the role is performed on-site)
Your responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver technical training aimed at the workshop network, in both in-person, online, and streaming formats, guaranteeing a dynamic and high-impact training experience. Create teaching materials adapted to the needs of the participants:
guides, manuals, practical exercises, presentations, and other resources that facilitate the understanding and application of technical concepts. Review, update, and adapt training content based on the latest market developments and the technical information provided by the client, ensuring that the training is always up to date. Participate in training sessions, both nationally and internationally, to ensure a homogeneous and updated transmission of knowledge. Collaborate in the planning and logistics of training actions: scheduling calls, coordination of resources, space management, and operational support for the correct development of the courses. Design and prepare evaluation questionnaires (pre and post-training) that allow for measuring the progress and the level of knowledge acquisition of the participants. Analyze training results and satisfaction levels, preparing follow-up reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and highlighting best practices that contribute to the excellence of the training program.
What are we looking for in you? Intermediate Degree in Electromechanics, Higher Degree in Automotive, Engineering, or related degrees. From 3 years of experience in training, ideally in the technical field. Previous experience as a mechanic, diagnosis technician, technical trainer, or technical assistance delegate, with extensive mastery of automotive electricity, mechanics, vehicle management, and infotainment or other advanced systems. Vocation for teaching and a passion for sharing knowledge. Desirable experience with tools for training development and management: Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Package, LMS, mobile engagement applications, digital whiteboards.
Languages Intermediate English level. (B2) Portuguese desirable.
