Financial Products and Services Trainer

The main objective of the role is to ensure that our client's commercial network (sales and aftersales) possesses the necessary skills and knowledge regarding: financial products and services, taxation, processes, and tools in order to achieve, efficiently and sustainably over time, commercial results and service quality.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be a transmitter of the commercial strategy to the commercial network and will promote the products and services defined by the client at any given time.
- You will design, develop, and deliver training on financial products and services through in-person, e-learning, and virtual modalities.
- You will create didactic guides, manuals, and presentations to facilitate the understanding and practical application of theoretical concepts.
- You must review, adapt, and update courses with the latest market information, as well as adapt the material received from the client.
- You will prepare the training calendar in coordination with the client.
- You will plan and manage the logistics of training courses (scheduling calls and coordinating necessary resources and spaces).
- You will participate in monitoring field activity, evaluating the knowledge of the commercial teams within the commercial network, and detecting new needs.
• You will analyze the results of the training actions delivered and produce follow-up reports.
What are we looking for in you?
- You have a driver's license and are willing to travel regularly.
- You have experience as a trainer and/or coach.
- You have knowledge of the automotive sector and specific knowledge of the financial sector: total cost of mobility (TCM), credit, renting, and leasing.
- Higher degree desirable.
- You have a B2+ level of English.
- It is desirable that you have used and/or are familiar with the use of tools for training development and management: Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Package, LMS, mobile engagement applications, digital whiteboards, etc.
