MSX is looking for an Events Coordinator. The professional will be responsible for the strategic leadership of teams, planning, and execution of brand activation actions and events, ensuring the integration of multiple stakeholders and a focus on business results. Main responsibilities: Leadership and Operations: Lead teams in the execution of brand activation actions, covering planning, operation, demonstration, experimentation, production, and presence at events/PDV to optimize the customer experience.
Interface Management: Coordinate communication and alignment between marketing agencies, internal areas, brands, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and fluidity in the execution of actions.
Results and KPI Management: Management of experimentation, demonstration, and production activities, ensuring the quality and consistency of the brand experience. Direct involvement in point-of-sale activations and events, focusing on maximizing the customer experience. Responsibility for strategic and operational results, including defining priorities, monitoring KPIs, and decision-making for performance optimization.
Technical Requirements and Experience: Leadership and strategic vision for articulation between multiple stakeholders and support to senior executives.
Experience in large-scale event planning and project ROI calculation.
Ability to prospect, negotiate, and secure corporate sponsorships.
Skill in building high-impact presentations for global committees, translating complex metrics and scenarios into objective narratives for decision-making.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced English/essential (for committees and global interlocution) and intermediate Spanish.
Behavioral Competencies: Analytical and results-oriented profile.
Leadership, negotiation, and influence capacity.
Focus on brand experience quality and high-impact deliveries.
Education Post-graduation: Marketing, Administration, or related areas.
