MSX is looking for professionals currently pursuing Higher Education in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Automotive), Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Business or Project Management will be considered a differentiator. If you want to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here are some of the activities you will perform:  Act as the strategic link between the automaker and the Dealer Network to implement the program concept. Transform the dealership into an efficient "Wholesaler", capable of conquering the independent workshop (ISPs) market, increasing the market share of maintenance and wear parts. Change Management: Reorient the dealership's focus from passive counter sales to active external sales. Assessments and Audits: Perform diagnostics of current operations (People, Process, Logistics) and create Action Plans so that the dealership achieves reliability in the program. Commercial Strategy: Implement the "Parts Basket" (competitive parts basket), the "Trade Club", and seasonal marketing campaigns to attract independent repairers. Training and Coaching: Train TI teams (Trade Parts Manager), telesales, and external salespeople in the project methodologies. Data Analysis: Use BI tools (Power BI / Dashboards) to identify sales gaps, lost sales, and the potential of the circulating fleet in each dealership's region. Logistics and Operations: Guide the network on inventory optimization (Stock Profiling for vehicles aged 4 to 10 years) and "last mile" logistics (fast deliveries to repairers). Monitor performance KPIs, such as: Increase in maintenance parts revenue (filters, brakes, suspension), number of new independent repairers (ISPs) registered and active, adoption of online sales channels (WebParts/B2B Connect), and the network's compliance index with program standards.

Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills) Languages: Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory). The candidate must report KPIs, participate in global alignment meetings, and consume technical and strategic program materials which are in English. Experience: Solid experience in the automotive sector, focusing on After-Sales, Parts Management, or Network Development. Previous experience with B2B sales and knowledge of the independent replacement market (Aftermarket). Mobility: Full availability for travel. The role requires constant visits to the dealer network in different regions for process auditing, team training, and "in loco" commercial support. Desired Competencies (Soft Skills) Consultative Profile: Ability to influence owners of dealership groups and after-sales directors without direct hierarchical authority. Resilience: Ability to deal with cultural barriers in the network and overcome aggressive growth targets. Analytical Vision: Comfort working with large volumes of sales data and transforming them into commercial opportunities. Assertive Communication: Excellence in executive presentations and ease of dialogue with different audiences (from the mechanic/workshop owner to the group CEO).

Employment regime: CLT  Workload: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday  Region of operation: São Paulo/SP, hybrid work.   What can we offer you?  Fixed remuneration;   Benefits: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, VT, Meal voucher/Flexible food voucher, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions
