Consultant – Mobility Services (Automotive)

We are looking to hire a Consultant for the implementation and operational management of the rental and mobility solutions service (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles - LCV, and premium range) for a leading brand in the automotive sector, providing support to the official dealer network. Availability to travel throughout the Spanish territory up to 80% of the time, performing periodic follow-up visits to the dealer network, is essential. The company provides a company vehicle and a valid driver's license is required. Main responsibilities: Implementation and operational management of the rental and mobility service within the commercial dealer network. Design, update, and implementation of homogeneous processes, manuals, and operating standards for the entire network. Monitoring of the technological management platform, fleet control, and efficient allocation of vehicles to dealerships. Preparation and analysis of KPIs, dashboards, executive reports, and periodic presentations. Conducting follow-up visits to dealerships, profitability analysis, benchmarking, and continuous performance monitoring. Preparation and delivery of in-person and online training sessions for network teams and involved departments. Continuous support to the commercial network in resolving inquiries, managing operational incidents, and coordinating with involved technical areas. Active participation in projects linked to aftersales customer mobility and driving continuous improvement initiatives in processes and tools.

Profile requirements: Consolidated professional experience in the automotive sector, rent a car companies, renting/fleet management, or specialized consultancy (previous experience in a brand, importer, distribution network, or vehicle rental companies is highly valued). Experience in the management, revitalization, and monitoring of commercial networks or delegations, with a solid orientation toward business indicators (KPIs) and profitability. Practical knowledge of operating processes, quality standards, and deployment methodologies in commercial networks. B2 English level (fluent both oral and written) for reporting and regular communication with international interlocutors. Advanced mastery of office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and user experience in CRM environments (Salesforce or others) is highly valued. Good communication skills, data analysis capacity, autonomy in decision-making, and customer orientation. Higher university education in business areas, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or Commercial Management. What we especially value: Proven experience in the launch and implementation of new products, services, or mobility models within commercial networks. Profile accustomed to direct communication with brand headquarters and the presentation and defense of results. Proactive approach toward the continuous optimization of processes, digital tools, and business operating models.
