Are you a dealership professional looking to make the leap into consulting? We are selecting a profile with real "on the shop floor" experience who wants to transform their career towards process consulting. We are not looking for theoretical profiles, but for people who understand the daily operations of aftersales (reception, workshop, spare parts) and have the ability to implement efficiency methodologies in a national network. Job Mission: Your objective will be to analyze, diagnose, and implement improvement projects in the network centers, optimizing profitability and service quality through continuous improvement tools and the use of new technologies (Artificial Intelligence). Your main responsibilities: In-situ Diagnosis: Perform audits and process analysis directly at the center facilities (field approach). Implementation: Lead operational optimization projects (standardization, problem solving, and process efficiency). Data Management: Analysis of operational KPIs (DMS) to detect deviations and areas for improvement. Training and Coaching: Train middle management and operational teams in new ways of working. Impact Monitoring: Ensure the sustainability of the implementation and the reporting of results.
Requirements: Sector Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an official dealership, with deep knowledge of the aftersales area being highly valued. Languages: B2 level of English (minimum). This is a strict requirement, as technical training is provided abroad by international teams. Digital Competence: Advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. We are looking for someone with fluency in digital environments and an active interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to productivity. Geographic Mobility: Availability to travel throughout the national territory from Monday to Friday (80% of the time traveling). It is essential to have a valid driver's license.
What this project offers you: Professional Transformation: Moving from operational management to a strategic consulting role. High-level Training: Intensive technical training in efficiency and continuous improvement methodologies. Exposure: Direct collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an environment with a high impact on business results.
