Do you come from a dealership and want to take the next professional step? We are looking for professionals with real experience in the daily aftersales operations of an official dealership who want to evolve towards process improvement projects within the network. We are not looking for generalist consultants: we are looking for people who know the workshop, the reception, and the real operations from the inside. Job Mission Your mission will be to visit dealerships, understand how they work on a day-to-day basis, analyze their aftersales processes, and implement actions oriented towards improving operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities Analyze the dealership's aftersales operations on-site: reception, workshop, appointments, repair orders, spare parts, warranties, and KPI monitoring. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, productivity, efficiency, and service quality. Accompany dealership teams in the implementation of concrete and measurable actions. Evaluate the impact of improvements through aftersales indicators and prepare practical conclusions for the network.
B2 level of English. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in official dealership aftersales, as a service advisor, workshop manager, or similar functions. Availability to travel nationwide from Monday to Friday, usually between 4 and 5 days per week, with prior planning. Travel expenses will be covered according to the project policy and a company vehicle will be provided, so it is essential to have a valid driver's license.
