MSX is looking for professionals graduated in Administration or related areas. If you want to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here are some activities you will perform: Mission: Effectively monitor training projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and the continuous improvement of training processes, enabling training programs to contribute significantly to the growth and success of both employees and the organizations served. Develop technical and commercial training materials to instruct on operations, adjustments, and sales of agricultural machinery. Collaborate with engineers and specialists to ensure that training is accurate and up-to-date. Use andragogy techniques to adapt training to the needs and learning styles of adults. Apply analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement in existing training. Perform planning of training programs, including definition of objectives, schedule, and necessary resources. Support multiple training projects, from planning to execution, ensuring quality and compliance with established schedules. Establish and maintain efficient communication with the client, regularly reporting project progress and ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience in development and application of sales, after-sales, and generalist training. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. Written and verbal communication. Critical thinking and sense of urgency. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a team. Tech-savvy. Active driver's license. Differential: knowledge of agricultural machinery. English: Intermediate Spanish: Desirable
