Fleet Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst for the Fleet Sales Department to join the sales team of one of our most important clients. The selected person will be responsible for commercial analysis, payment control and reconciliation, the calculation of incentives and rappels for the Spain and Portugal markets, and analytical support in the implementation and monitoring of commercial campaigns for the Renting and Rent a Car channels. This is an analytical role with high impact on business operations, in continuous contact with the commercial network and international corporate teams.
Academic background: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related degrees. Professional experience: Previous experience as a commercial analyst, operations analyst, or sales analytical support. Experience working in automotive brands, renting companies, or automotive financial entities will be highly valued. Analytical and technical skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation of large volume databases) and PBI. Systems knowledge: Previous experience with SAP is highly valued. Languages: Intermediate-high level of English (minimum B2), essential for daily communication and incident resolution with support teams in Hungary / Portuguese is a plus. Personal competencies: Great analytical capacity and numerical rigor, high attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to coordinate effectively with different departments. Main responsibilities: Management and communication of Renting campaigns for Spain. Administration of approval flows and contractual documentation through DocuSign. Creation and maintenance of discounts, commercial policies, and databases for fleet and rent a car operations. Monitoring and resolution of incidents related to payments, invoicing, registrations, and price protection. Coordination with international teams for data updates, reprocessing, and improvement of operational processes. Management of invoices, payment closures, and audits for Spain and Portugal. Analysis and control of pending units, validation of payments, and management of exceptional cases. Operational support to the team and transversal collaboration with different business areas.
