MSX seeks professionals graduated in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Commercial Management, or related areas. Here you will be responsible for: Analyzing the profitability and financial performance of the dealer network, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Performing detailed analyses of financial statements, including DRE and Balance Sheet, evaluating liquidity, profitability, indebtedness, and operational efficiency indicators. Developing, updating, and improving management dashboards and executive reports to monitor the network's main KPIs. Consolidating financial and operational data from different sources, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information. Preparing presentations and analyses to support decision-making for leadership and internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and performing financial benchmarking of the automotive sector and the dealer network. Performing market analyses, monitoring automotive sector trends, competitor movements, and network performance indicators, transforming information into strategic recommendations for the business. Supporting strategic projects related to network development, financial sustainability, and business expansion. Proposing improvements in processes, automations, and analysis tools, aiming for productivity gains and information quality. Supporting the monitoring of dealership performance, contributing to the identification of deviations, growth opportunities, and needs for action. Acting in an integrated manner with areas such as Finance, Commercial, After-sales, Planning, and Network Operations.
Previous experience in financial analysis, planning, controllership, network development, market intelligence, or related areas. Experience with financial statement analysis, especially DRE, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and performance indicators. Knowledge in the analysis of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness, operational efficiency, and commercial performance indicators. Experience in the construction and maintenance of management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Mastery of data analysis and processing tools, with advanced knowledge in spreadsheets. Experience with data visualization and BI tools will be considered a differentiator. Analytical capacity to interpret financial, operational, and market data, transforming them into clear recommendations for the business. Organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines. Good written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with different areas and audiences. Experience in the automotive sector, in dealerships, automakers, automotive financial institutions, or companies related to the distribution network will be considered a differentiator.
