MSX is looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to work in the management and maintenance of the NPS and customer satisfaction data cycle in Latin America, covering the development of management dashboards, automations, root cause investigations, and support to business areas. Main responsibilities: Support to Business Areas and the Network: Support the CX Dealers team and dealerships in understanding NPS results and reports;

Investigate undelivered surveys, identifying the root cause of the failure in the data flow;

Explain the functioning of operational routines (extraction, treatment, and sending) and meet NPS demands from other areas.

Management Vision and Dashboards: Manage NPS and customer satisfaction data covering operations in 8 countries;

Develop and evolve dashboards in Power BI, including new indicators and strategic views;

Ensure the reliability, quality, and accuracy of the published data.

Operational Guarantee and Automation: Act as a technical reference for the Junior Analyst in the execution of extractions and database treatments;

Handle escalated operational failures and define process corrections;

Maintain and improve business rules and routine automations by country.

Documentation: Register business rules, country/supplier particularities, methodologies, and failure history for knowledge retention.

Technical Requirements and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or Business Intelligence.

Proven experience in end-to-end data processes (ETL, treatment, de-duplication, and validation).

Experience with customer experience data (NPS, CSAT, Voice of Customer).

Advanced mastery of SQL and Power BI (DAX and Power Query).

Intermediate Python for routine automation and data treatment.

Knowledge of integrating multiple sources (Databricks, Cognos, spreadsheets, and external supplier databases) and advanced Excel.

Advanced Spanish (interlocution with the regional operation in Latin America) and intermediate to advanced English.

Differential: Experience in the automotive sector, dealerships, or retail.

Behavioral Competencies: Business vision and orientation toward problem-solving (root cause investigation).

Ability to translate technical data into clear management views.

Proactivity, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a collaborative/mentoring attitude.

Education Degree: Completed Higher Education in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related areas.

Tools SQL: Advanced

Power BI / DAX / Power Query: Advanced

Python: Intermediate

Excel: Advanced
