Warehouse Assistant - Distributor

MSS Electronics, a company operating in the field of telecommunications, electronic systems, and technology solutions for hotel and professional installations, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant - Distributor to support the daily operations of the warehouse.

The candidate will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and will actively participate in:

• Receiving, checking, arranging, and organizing goods in the warehouse.
• Preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders to customers.
• Delivery of orders directly to customers using a company vehicle.
• Transport and delivery of goods to partner transport companies and couriers.
• Loading and unloading of goods where required.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Preparation and dispatch of orders to suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Communication and coordination with suppliers in Greece and abroad regarding orders and deliveries.
• Supporting the general smooth operation and organization of the warehouse.

Required Qualifications:

• Category B driving license and comfort driving a professional van/closed truck type "box van", within the limits of the corresponding driving license.
• Very good knowledge of English in written and spoken language.
• Basic knowledge of PC and ability to use email and office applications.
• Organizational skills, consistency, and responsibility.
• Ability to cooperate and team spirit.
• Ability for manual handling, loading, and moving of goods as part of the daily warehouse operations.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or distribution position.
• Familiarity with receiving, shipping, and inventory management procedures.
• Knowledge or previous experience in electrical/electronic equipment, telecommunications, networks, or technical installations will be particularly appreciated.
• Experience in using commercial/ERP software will be considered an additional qualification.
