- Bill settlement and support for daily transactions
- Participation in training and continuous updates on processes and products
- Achievement of individual & team sales targets
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position (energy or mobile telephony)
- Knowledge of English
- Familiarity with CRM or sales systems
- Communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Team spirit, dynamism, ease of communication, willingness to evolve
- High school diploma is required
