Your tasks

Guide and supervise primary school children (Primary 3–5) to ensure timely completion of daily homework.

Provide subject-specific teaching support, particularly in Mathematics, Science, and English.

Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and address individual educational and developmental needs.

Prepare and manage teaching resources, ensuring classrooms are organized, engaging, and conducive to learning.

Build and sustain positive relationships with children and parents.

Conduct MindSpace’s enrichment programmes to inspire and develop students.

Serve as a role model by demonstrating creativity, positivity, and a champion mindset.

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline, with at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Ability to teach upper primary subjects, TWO out of the THREE following: Mathematics, Science, and English.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to continuous learning and growth with the company.

Creative, caring, and positive disposition with a passion for education.

Proficiency in IT tools, including Zoom and online learning management systems.
