Groupe La Mère Poulard - Your missions
You are at the heart of the customer experience. Supervised by the Chefs de Rang, your manager, and your assistant manager, you:
Welcome, seat, and advise our customers.
Present the menu and promote our products.
Take orders and serve dishes carefully controlled.
Ensure the setting and clearing of tables with efficiency.
Participate in inventories, check deliveries, and guarantee the cleanliness of the dining area.
And what if it were you?
You demonstrate a natural and irreproachable sense of customer service. You are organized and reactive in all circumstances. You enjoy working in a team. You speak operational English, and ideally, another language. You already have initial experience in a similar position, and ideally, you come from a training in catering/service.
