Supplier Quality Engineer in Industry (M/F)

MSL Circuits designs and manufactures electronic boards for the largest automotive manufacturers and equipment suppliers. In an environment where quality requirements are permanent, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our AQFE team.

Reporting to Maxime, AQFE Manager, you are the guarantor of the quality compliance of our suppliers and our components.

Your missions

A true interface between suppliers, purchasing, projects, production, and quality teams, you intervene from industrialization through to series production to guarantee the robustness of the components integrated into our electronic products.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Drive APQP processes, validate PPAP, EI, and PSW before production startup.
• Support industrialization projects and provide your expertise to the Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Project teams.
• Manage supplier non-conformities, lead problem-solving processes until their closure.
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on action plans.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and the Top Worst process.
• Define and maintain quality requirements in SAP as well as in quality assurance files.
• Validate technical specifications and quality assurance files.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree (Engineer or Master) with a specialization in quality, electronics, mechanics, or industrial engineering.
• Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, project quality, or industrial quality in a demanding environment.

Technical skills

Mastery of tools: APQP, PPAP, AMDEC, 8D, QRQC, PDCA. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements. Experience in supplier audits, VDA 6.3 auditor qualification appreciated. Good knowledge of electronic components. Professional English Mastery of SAP or an industrial ERP.
